Notify citizens on argument up/downvoting

Whenever citizens' arguments are upvoted or downvoted, they should be notified

What kind on notification do you wanna use? Email, UI?

Both, actually, and expandable to stuff like push notifications, sms, whatsapp or whichever transport available in the future.

The effort's being done in this other repo and I'll be hooking it with this component.

I don't think email notifications are required for this. Also, any new email notification should include an option to disable it in settings.

I guess there should also be a new issue about adding a link to all email templates for unsubscribing that takes you to your settings page.
