Biomes having varying Pools for when they're encountered during a run would help us control the kinds of Pokemon the Player has access to at that point in the game. This would also promote navigation to traditionally "early" Biomes even when late game by limiting the amount of "weak" Pokemon the Player encounters. |

This Discussion aims to dissect the rate at which a Player should be able to encounter the same Pokemon during a run, by providing a place to discuss three main concepts;
Spawn Pool Size - the number of Pokemon Species total in a Biome. This is the Total Pool of Pokemon each Pokemon in that Pool will have to fight against for a chance to be encountered. Larger pools would mean a larger diversity in encounters.
The distribution of low-potential, medium-potential, and high-potential Pokemon in a Biome ( Ex. Magikarp is high potential, because it has a strong Mega; Ledyba has low potential as it has a sad maximum stat spread, )
The basic rarity of that Pokemon's species - some Species of Pokemon would be rarer than others. (Ex. Wild Legendaries, Starters?)
-Please let me know what I'm missing so that I may add it here
