I am not sure about that certificate error, maybe try disabling your firewall or check your internet connection.
And about the master id, you need to put your discord id in there.

As I said, I am not sure about that. As long as your API secrets are good and requirements satisfied it should be good.

puff... I explain u what I did.
1 Created a bot and I invited it to my server
2 I get the client id and secret id ( discord and imgur ) and the token
3 I had my own id
4 I installed all the requirements

I would like to note that I was receiving a [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired error when I first attempted to run the bot; the following link helped me out.
