This is completely new cryptocurrency named DCSCOIN
Dcscoin is a lite version of Bitcoin using scrypt as a proof-of-work algorithm.

- subsidy halves in 400k blocks (~4 years)
- ~40 million total coins
The rest is the same as Bitcoin.

- 2020 blocks to retarget difficulty

Get the DCS-BBN installed
C++ Compiler -- preffered GCC
