In order to align pulses for multiple qubits in time, it is required to create a procedure that aligns individual qubit pulses (microwave and flux) relative to a multiplexed readout pulse which is simultaneous for all the qubits on a feedline.
This feature should be functional for cases with and without VSM and while using QWGs or AWGs.
To align between multiple feedlines one can switch feedline connections to find the relative latency between those feedlines.
