EH plugin gets tags from wrong url sometimes

Windows 10, WSL2, Lanraragi v0.9.0 Nightly msi

Bug Details
I'm having an issue with stock EH plugin. Downloading 4 archives and having auto-tagging enabled I get tags from wrong url for some of them.
Downloaded archives themselves are correct even if their tags are not, so it's tagging plugin issue.

Update
I just had it happen with only one link, so it's not only due to downloading multiple archives.

One of the archives have a [Russian] translation. Previously I had [French] ones as well.

1st source is correct, 2nd (added by tagger) is wrong.
