Add images to project wizard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the designs for the detail page were made the decision was made to add an image carousel to the detail page. Back then we decided to stall this functionality because the backend wasn't ready yet.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an extra step to the wizard where the user can add images.

Additional context
This issue is blocked until the backend implementation is done. It might be possible to develop this in parallel
