Better way to run the Tailwind CSS compiler. #239

The Tailwind command can be defined in a package.json and called using npm run [cmd].

"scripts": {
   "css-dev": "npx tailwindcss -i ./tailwind.css -o ./public/tailwind.css --watch --minify"
}

npm run css-dev

Also the use of the --minify flag can generate minified code.
