Anonymizing customer data is important, yet some of the employees will have their test users, and keeping that data would be nice (and if the employee has used their work email, using that in testing is probably valid legimate interest use).
Is there an existing or planned way to do that? If not, would such contribution be welcome?

There is no way to keeping non anonymized rows in table. I don't have plan to do that in near feature. If you have time would be nice to see contributors.
