cutscenes in phigros and videos in mpv whit hw decoding on just show a black screen.

please give suggestions on how to get logs for this

This is unlikely to be fixed given this is a 12 year old device.

But that being said are you sure the codec you're using is old enough that the device could even try to hardware decode it? Like plain h.264 with main profile?

yep, even with libx264 and profile=main video it still does not work, newpipe and videos on the web don't work too
ffmpeg flags used for encoding: -c:v libx264 -preset fast -profile:v main -an
