Travis CI deployment to Heroku

Travis CI server automatically runs tests for every commit in contributr. It also supports automatic deployment to servers when all tests are successfully completed.
I suggest we use this feature to automatically deploy out master branch to heroku when all tests have passed. Otherwise, every time there are updates, we would need to manually update the repo in heroku, and restart the server.
