[bug] Salt param is being ignored in Windows #60

I got scrypt version available for PHP 7.4 Thread Safe (TS) x64 from https://pecl.php.net/package/scrypt/1.4.2/windows

In Windows, no matter which salt I pass, the hash is always the same.
