Describe the Bug

The History window/tab doesn't appear when clicking the View History button on toolbar in VS Code for Fedora Linux (Fedora's RPM-repository install, not Flatpack). The History window/tab doesn't appear when using the Command Palette too. But it works fine in VS Code for Windows.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open "Source Control" on sidebar.
  2. Click to "Git: View History (git log)" button on the "Source Control" toolbar.

Expected Behavior

An open window or tab with Git History (but it doesn't open).
The Git Graph extension works on both OS, so it not seems an OS limitations for VS Code extensions or VS Code bug on Linux.

Environment

  • OS: Fedora Linux 39 KDE Plasma 5.27.10
  • VSCode version: 1.87.0 (from Fedora's RPM-repository)
  • Git History version: 0.6.20
