This one's a doozy. Thanks to NapySusy I now have some code that supports RLVa, additional options for carer only handling of the diaper, and a menu for changing the texture of the plastic pants. These were built using the latest version available from the update server, not my indev build, so changes will have to be cherrypicked in order to adapt them. However, I'd like to get these changes implemented before all other issues so that there aren't two forks of the code floating around.

These changes are significant enough where I should consider retiring the old listing and making a new marketplace listing. That will solve my deployment issues as well. I also get the fun job of writing a notecard to explain the change and why I felt it was necessary.

When the Diaper ist given to another person the carer list and all current settings will give to the new AVA. This could bee nice if a mother give her new baby a diaper whit her stettings, but could bee dangerous if the interaktion ist set to "carrer only" . Have to find a way to reset the carerlist when the diaper is lookt. After relook the diaper lose all restrictions if no carrer in the list
