Local save/cache of whole comics (compressed?)

An useful feature would be to cache or save comics as a whole on device and have an option to browse only local issues.
This could allow users to bring with them a set of comics when they dont have a connection to the server for whatever reason.

Think about something like Plex Mobile Sync, normal navigation, open the content and click download and it will be downloaded and cached locally.

If there could be a way to compress the files in a more effective format like say webp to not bloat mobile storage then that would be wanted. Hmm maybe the official iOS image format could work, heif/heic. That should have about the same compression ratio as webp.
