Releases: DraqueT/PolyGlot
PolyGlot 0.7.5
For anyone unfamiliar, PolyGlot is a ConLanging toolset that helps to build conlang lexicons, has a translation tool to help you translate text from your native language to your conlang, and a number of statistical analysis tools to help with balancing your language.
This is mostly an iterative release, but fixes a LOT of bugs that were present in the past version. New features include:
- totally rewritten declensions system (still loads old files without problem)
- export to excel feature
- auto checks for updates
As always, I love to hear feedback, whether positive or negative. Please let me know whether the program is helpful, and what additional features would make your conlanging easier!
Special thanks to http://anxiousartisan.tumblr.com/, who helped me track down a nasty bug!

WHAT'S NEW
Wow, there is a LOT that is new this time around! First, I have quashed an insane number of bugs. It's still not perfect, but every release brings increased stability!
The biggest and best new feature is the Translation Window. This feature assists with translations into your language. It is fairly simplistic compared to what I have envisioned for the future, but I still think that it will be a big help! Please experiment and let me know what tweaks would help, or add utility.
Next are the Mandatory Settings. With these, you can set certain types of words to have mandatory properties, or set certain word types to have mandatory declensions/conjugations. This is very useful for ensuring that you apply all necessary properties to words based on the needs of your language.
In the pronunciation guide, you can now apply Phoneme Priority. This allows you to have certain character combinations with precedence to have a pronunciation applied to them, even if they contain a smaller set of characters within them that could be assigned a different pronunciation.
Finally, I have added the Statistics Report. This is a report built that tells you some very useful things about your language as a whole. This can help to find areas of your language that are underdeveloped, or phoneme combinations that are being overused in your lexicon. If there are statistics relevant to your language that you see missing here, please feel free to submit ideas!
This is not so much a feature, but I have now made PolyGlot open source!

- BUGS. More bugs fixed than I can remember or care to list. Yikes. There's a reason we're still in beta, folks.
- Genders and types now have mandatory uniqueness. I can't imagine how duplicates would be useful, and for technical reasons this makes my life much easier.
