Icon/Logo for USC

Hi!
I downloaded USC recently, and I've had a lot of fun playing it. However, I realized that the game didn't have a logo/icon, which I feel is a shame. I created my own icon/logo, and would like to see if somebody could build the exe with it, as I don't have the experience to edit and build the program myself.

Attached is the PNG version to embed on the readme, if one chooses. I can't seem to upload the .ico file directly, so here it is on Google Drive.
