Team lead, I think the readme should be able to give people a guide on what is expected.
So in my own opinion, I suggest we state out all that is required in every script a participant present.

I think it should only contain how our script executes..

@DreyWesson and Team Leads,
I agree that we update our readme file to include how the script is expected to be run, given the instructions given by Mark

To test, we will pull your repo to a server. We will follow your readme file and do what you ask. We will open index.php in a browser. We expect it to tell us the names of all interns who passed. We will then run out own script, which will get the json version and automatically promote everyone based on their id.
