This archive also includes some other sources and is not limited to cameras.
This should include all files until around September 2023.
Since then only manually found URLs have been added, so many files will be missing.
I have a script running for a couple of camera models to archive all new firmware URL but it doesn't work for all models (because I didn't finish my script) and I also need some factory-stored infos about one device of each kind which acts as login to the tplink server (namely deviceId, deviceMac and hwId; optionally also oemId and the running firmware version as seed).
Because those details might allow hijacking your camera remotely (despite happily being broadcast by the camera in your network) I don't think many people will want to donate their info until there is a good process to do it locally or in trusted CI with secrets.

I went through all issues on this repository and collected all URLs (around mid of January?) and added them to:
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://download.tplinkcloud.com/*
Actually there's more than 10000 files, so the above only shows some files, use https://web.archive.org/web/timemap/json?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.tplinkcloud.com%2F&matchType=prefix&collapse=urlkey&output=json&fl=original%2Cmimetype%2Ctimestamp%2Cendtimestamp%2Cgroupcount%2Cuniqcount&filter=!statuscode%3A[45]..&limit=100000 for the full list
