Alter apd_membership entity not to require valid_from and valid_to.

Zobrazujeme vzdy stav, nazov profilu, informacie o platnosti a CTA a pokial nie je expirovany tak aj platobne udaje.

Po vytvoreni:

Stav: neaktivne
Informacie o platnosti: N/A
CTA: Zaplat clensky poplatek

Platne clenstvo:

Stav: aktivne
Informacie o platnosti: valid_from - valid_to
CTA: Prodluz si clenstvi, mas ho aktivni jeste @count days.

Expirovane:

Stav: neaktivne
Informacie o platnosti: valid_from - valid_to
CTA: Obnov si clenstvi <- button na vytvorenie clenstva
