Some members are missing access policies

Description

• dchip can't create events events despite being assigned event:create
• dsek.infu.dwww members can't see admin page event though they are part of the group in Keycloak (and dsek.infu.dwww members have core:access:admin:read).

Steps to reproduce

Ask someone in these groups to view their listed access policies on this page https://www.dsek.se/admin/debug. Note that some permissions are seemingly missing.

Further information

Older DWWW-members are also just a part of dsek.infu.dwww, but they can see the admin pages just fine. Why?

Can confirm that I do not have core:access:admin:read listed on the debug page, even though I am part of dsek.infu.dwww.mdlm.
