Transfer txt files back to midi files

Thanks for your work for providing more precise melody and chord information of POP909.
I'm thinking of using this dataset for generation work and thus need to transfer all the information back to a midi object.
I wonder if you happen to have such kind of code? Do you have a plan to release them? Thanks!
