If bottom of session window is moved up content should follow

If the user manually moves the bottom of the session window, or if this happens indirectly as a result of the tracer window appearing, content should be scrolled so that the last line displayed in the session is the same as it was before the resize. In particular, if the last line was the blinking input cursor, that should still be the case after the resize.

This part of the problem was fixed as #43. The part about the user dragging the bottom of the session remains.
