just installed Revit 2025.3 and now testing all my Dynamo scripts. My colleges have same configurations but don't have this problem. Scripts work fine but what is the reason of this orange connector lines? And why are some colored black and others orange? When running scripts some orange lines colors black.
What did you expect to see?
Black wires between nodes
What did you see instead?
Orange and black wires in all my scripts
What packages or external references (if any) were used?
not used package nodes in my scripts but we have loaded following packages: archi-lab.net, bimorphNodes, Clockwork, Data-Shapes, DynamoIronPython2.7, Genius Loci, Miscellany, Modelical, Modelical, PythonNet3 Engine, Rhythm, Sparrow

@KeesdBruin I believe you have turned on the Show Run Preview toggle in Dynamo > Preferenecs > General. When Run preview is turned on, wires connected to ports that will be affected by a graph run are highlighted in orange.
Thanks for your help. You are right. I couldn't interpretate what was happening and didn't see the relation with this setting. It's a weird and useless setting in my opinion. It's also not doing what the tooltip suggests; while running scripts wires get black/orange color without any meaning is my conclusion.
