This release mostly consists of bug fixes, but includes some additional features as well. The "--precheck" flag will cause the tool to look in the output directory for pre-existing output and not regenerate variables that already exist, and the "--timeout" flag will cause the tool to exit if the run time is longer then expected. This release also includes CWL workflows for all 4 major model components, as well as some utilities for checking the data integrity.

The first release of the e3sm_to_cmip tool, this can be used to convert single variable per file E3SM model output variables to be complaint with the CMIP6 format. Each variable is handled differently, and so must have its own handler. Although there's a suite of default handlers included, they only cover a small subset of the total E3SM output. More handlers will be added over time, and custom handlers can be written by the user.
