The global time series plots do not include land-specific plots.

Describe the solution you'd like

Land-specific plots should be added to the global time series plots. #400 is currently on hold, but may be resumed soon. This will be a necessary first step before this issue can be worked on -- we need to be able to introduce any number of new plots to the global time series plotting functionality.
