This looks like a historic annotation with an EFO URI connected to a GO term. Checking in EFO, EFO:0004349 does not exist as a singular term, only as an annotation (EFO_URI) on GO:0042476.

I have opened a ticket for us to review this on the EFO side here: EBISPOT/efo#1893
