still image BP: where to put "image" semantic annotation

Still image BP says to include the keyword "image" with semenatic annotation from OBO. However, in EML we don't annotate keywords, right? We tend to annotate datasets and attributes. I think dataset annotation is applicable here. Perhaps an EML snippet would be helpful.
