What is the bug and how to reproduce it ?

Using uart variant (5 volt) with arduino built-in HW serial, connecting TX Rx Gnd pins in arduino uno with the Rx TX Gnd pins in board uart. Connect one motor cables (power hall effect), the board starts and beeps when arduino is off, when on the motor just rotate for 1 sec then the board shut down.
