A common use case would be to e.g. 'find counts of all concepts that have x in their name'. For this, one would search for that name and select all concepts with that name. Currently after selecting one, the dropdown is closed and we need to start another search to select the next. See below example of 'vincristine', for which 10 hits are found.
Ideally, we would do one search and then select all concepts we want to include. Either by clicking on them one-by-one or with shift-click the first and last element in a range.

Another feature to consider would be the ability to use wildcards or regular expressions i.e. "vincristine*" which would then select all which match the pattern.
