esbuild 0.9.6 brought the ability to see what options esbuild has been called with. The cache in this plugin would benefit many people if it was automatically enabled when required (with the option to force enable or disable as required).

Technically a breaking change.

Has been added to the main branch. I want to get the next version of Svelte included because of some sourcemap/preprocessing improvements and will do the release (likely v0.5.0) after that happens
