Hello
Thanks a lot for this great service :-)

NotesReview is very useful for checking old notes and deciding whether to close them or not. So it would be very useful to be able to remember the notes you have already checked but not closed, so that you don't get stuck in a new checking session. Those Notes Id could be stored in browser local storage.

What do you think about this feature ?

A note watch or To-Do list? Store the note's id in a JSON object representing in a list. Comments about the note could be included in the entry.

The way I imagine how this could be implemented is the following:
Users that are already logged in with their OSM account will have the possibility to mark interesting notes (something like a bookmark icon would be sufficient), the list of notes is managed individually for each user by the backend. Each user can then simply view all their personal favorite notes on a single page (but likely without additional filtering options). An optional feature that would be nice to have were automatic (email) notifications when something changed in regard to one of the notes that are marked as favorite.
