Description

Update Resource Catalogue Helm Chart to support external PostgreSQL cluster with High Availability and Scalability.

Acceptance criteria

  • Resource Catalogue Helm Chart supports external PostgreSQL configuration
  • Resource Catalogue Docker image supports scaling (fix issue with re-creation of records table)
