Datasets will be in tabular format, which values have been harmonized. The purpose of this task is to find a proper way to formalize the description of the harmonized data catalogs:

• the types of measures available in the database (e.g. temperature, humidity, PM10, NOx etc.)
• what measure types apply to a specific dataset (e.g. temp is a "temperature" field)
• what are the additional information for a specific dataset at field level (e.g. PM1 was captured with an instrument having a margin of error xxx or temp is the result of conversion from F to C unit)
