Just to remind us to unpin cartopy once problem is fixed within iris.

@schlunma shall we unpin cartopy to free now that all those SciTools issues have been sorted out?

I don't think we can unpin yet - we probably need to wait until iris 3.11 is released. The current 3.10 still suffers form this bug (if they did not rebuild/repopatch).

aha! Good catch there - will have us an "iris311" label added since we need that version for a few other things too. Cheers, Manu 🍺
