Add all recipes to the RTW

Hi @ESMValGroup/esmvaltool-developmentteam 👋

We are about to embark on a mission 🚀 to add all recipes to the Recipe Test Workflow (RTW).

We discussed briefly at the workshop in November about retiring / archiving old / unmaintained / not working recipes (I couldn't find an appropriate issue to link to here; if anyone knows of one please add it!) 😊 Therefore, we thought it would be wise to ask the community which recipes are currently in use / active so we could prioritise the recipes we add to the RTW 👍
