1. Acknowledgment

Users of the open-source tools provided by ESPÆCIAL for universal coordinate transformations are required to acknowledge ESPÆCIAL in any published works, products, or services that directly utilize or are derived from these tools. Acknowledgment should be prominently displayed in the form of a statement, logo, or attribution, as specified by ESPÆCIAL.

2. Usage Restrictions

The open-source tools provided by ESPÆCIAL may be used freely for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Users may not sublicense, distribute, or transfer the open-source tools or any derivative works thereof without prior written consent from ESPÆCIAL.

3. Modifications and Derivative Works

Users are permitted to modify the open-source tools and create derivative works based on them, provided that any such modifications or derivative works are clearly distinguished from the original work and are subject to the same licensing terms as the original.

4. No Warranty

The open-source tools provided by ESPÆCIAL are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ESPÆCIAL makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the tools for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ESPÆCIAL be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the open-source tools, even if ESPÆCIAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Colombia.
