Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise 16.6.3.
OS is Windows 10, SDK is Core 3.1 latest.

Unfortunately this package was changed to Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.RenderTree.RenderTreeBuilder but the tooling is so old now that you can't install it anymore. Hopefully Ed will revisit this project at some point and refactor for .NET 6.0
