Including zero impressions in reports

Hi! I've able get report from my AdWords test account. But in some cases, I need to include zero impressions in my report. Can anyone help me with this?

So, in my case, I want to include zero impressions stats in my Adwords reporting. I've read from here that you can include zero impressions if you set the "includeZeroImpressions" HTTP header to true. And my question is how to set includeZeroImpressions to true? An example would be appreciated.
