Steps to reproduce

多选选中几项，输入拼音然后删除，会把前面的项删掉，问题应该出现 handleDelete 方法里

What is Expected?

删除拼音，对前面已选中无影响

What is actually happening?

删除拼音，会把前面的项删掉

试了下，element-plus 也有同样的问题

看了下代码，没有判断是否是输入中文，提了 pr: https://github.com/ElemeFE/element/pull/22963/files
