Dependabot PRs don't update generated code #13

Currently, dependabot PRs only update dependencies across code, but some parts of generated code also needs to be updated based on the module version.

Can we add it to the gh action to run make generate in these PRs or do this manually?

Note: Most of these changes are non trivial from what I noticed, but can cause issues in future
