Add exploratory data analysis on dataset upload #563

Before uploading a dataset, it would be useful to ad an exploratory data analysis step and present results so users can better make decisions on what pre-processing steps to take (#502)

  • Determine what new API endpoints we need
  • Develop analysis on the backend
  • Develop UI with result presentation
