[UPGRADE] add lua to the dump packages #34

Prerequisites

Upgrade's location

The upgrade concerns the file(s) named install_packages_dump.sh

The upgrade is wanted for:
Ubuntu dump
Epitest docker
Mouli package list

Upgrade's motivation

The upgrade should bring back lua who was previously includes in the dump's packages and has been removed with the switch to Ubuntu

Upgrade's type

[ x] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
