Just same as the title.

JEI for 1.14 loads recipes at the first time a world is loaded instead of during startup, but its long load time makes the game freeze when joining a world!

This mod accelerates JEI by about 100x with large modpacks (325.7s -> 3.2s), so it will be very useful.
