Disable When Screencasting

I was looking at the docs for disabling the notifications in certain scenarios but couldn't quite figure out how it worked.

It looks like those lines go in $CONFIG/xdg-desktop-portal-wlr is that accurate?
Is there a way to disable notifications when a certain app is running, say wf-recorder?

If so, how does do?

you can test and edit in /usr/share/xdg-desktop-portal/wlr-portals.conf
