HD broadcasts

When using the NOS website, broadcasts can be viewed in HD. This plugin however seems to use lower definition urls.

It seems that you have to select quality manually on the nos site, and might be based on the default selection that the browser does based on the internet connection? It also does not support HD it seems.

With the latest website update I noticed different quality streams being available. If that's still the case, I can probably update my changes to expose the different streams as entries.
