Location banner missing calcite mode

Banner should have caclite-mode-dark applied

Banner just isn't rendering correctly.

@alexcarol looks like an import issue? The class is on the current site, but not added to the Edge version.

why is this one so broken?

update: I see. Locations does not have all of the same class names. Either it needs to be imported again, or we have some code specifically for the overview page.
