Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Cannot "replace" [config/config.json] under View Resources... after selecting bullets, select replace...and the screen goes blank. browser does not open access to replace the file. (I have tried at work and home PC, and Chrome and Edge browsers with the same results) Refresh the browser window and bullets are missing from the page. This was a part of our workflow for replicating our experience builder projects. was working, last tested in August 2023.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' View Item Resources
  2. Click on '....' bullets
  3. Select '....' replace
  4. See error - blank screen

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. - access to a folder location on the local / network to replace the updated config.json zip file
