What is supposed happened?

commitDate is supposed to be the datetime of the commit of a project that is currently loaded onto that deployment

What happened?

On the dev cluster, about two dozen projects all have their commitDate set to the same time. Many of these projects are not linked to a GH repo and thus should not have a commitDate at all.

Steps to reproduce

Unknown. The dates are actually not identical, but span from 2024-03-13 22:36:32 to 2024-03-13 22:36:38. The majority of projects were not affected, including many that also were not linked to GH.
