Describe the bug

When viewing an Impact Card in Light Mode, changing to Dark Mode changes the Account.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On staging, log in to the account Ecosytem Transition Program - Test 1
  2. Change view from Dark Mode to Light Mode
  3. Go to Impact Cards and select Disaster Resilience Greenville
  4. At the Grid screen, change to Light Mode, and then change back to Dark Mode
  5. When screen refreshes, error occurs and changes the Account to Test Account

Expected behavior

Changing from Light to Dark mode should not change the Account logged in to

Additional context

NOTE: This appears to be an intermittent problem - I repeated it a couple of times, and then the error stopped.
